Hi! I'm James Kunstle. I'm an engineer and AI researcher based in Seattle, Washington. I'm broadly working on projects with LLMs.

Currently @ ¬◇ (Not Diamond), an SF and NYC startup, building multi-model systems.
Previously an LLM post-training team lead and senior MLE @ Red Hat.

I'll be working on moving my project notes to this site from Notion and Obsidian.
